I like it a lot! The crosshatching is a cool and unique touch. What made you go for that for this short?

Glad you like it! I did crosshatching because I've been looking for a way to integrate more traditional methods into my work, my previous animations have been almost entirely digital.

Pen was my go-to years ago when I was still in art school. This year I started reading Berserk and it inspired me to pick it up again. Trying to make crosshatching work in 3D has also been a fun experiment, I hope to evolve this style further.
